The service is operated by CineChums ("we", "us").
You must be at least 13 years old to use CineChums. If you are under 16 and located in the EEA, you must have verifiable parental consent. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You retain ownership of content you create on CineChums (journal posts, lists, diary entries, etc.). By posting content, you grant CineChums a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating the service.

Movie information, images, and metadata displayed on CineChums are sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by TMDB.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these terms, engage in harmful conduct, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the service or its users. Where practical, we will notify you before taking action.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will be accurate or reliable. Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CineChums shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which for a free service is zero).
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
