Earth, nature or life

Our CineChum DaveRackliff pointed out today is International Mother Earth Day, so what better way to celebrate the earth and nature than to sit inside and watch a movie!

Your options for this week are as varied as you want them to be. One one side of the coin you can look at movies that simply feature a form of nature (Tree, Forest, Ocean) in the title, or an element of nature in the plot.

Your next option is a movie that can be considered to celebrate nature or the beauty of earth by way of it's cinematic landscapes, or a story that explores the Earth's natural beauty.

Finally, you can look at the darker side of nature: cataclysmic catastrophes and natural disasters.
